We offer services under the EPSDT Medicaid Program, CCC Plus Waiver & Developmental Disability Waivers (BI/CL/FIS).

Braxton Family Services, LLC launched in 2016 and expanded operations to include Managed Care Organizations in 2017. The owner has over 20 years’ experience working in the disability service industry. In addition, she holds a B.A. in Healthcare Management and MBA in Human Resource Management. Her compassion and drive to empower families stem from over two decades of work experience; coupled with co-parenting a

child with Autism and ADHD.
